My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The animation team truly stood out, making my vacation enjoyable and fun. However, the dining experience was disappointing with repetitive food and a lack of variety. The rooms could use some maintenance as they seemed a bit dated. Overall, it was decent value for the price, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The aqua park was fantastic for kids and the location was nice with easy beach access. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed untrained and communication was often a challenge. While the pools were good, the dining options were underwhelming. Overall, a decent stay but not what I expected from a five-star resort.
